Character Stats
	General Information 
	There are many different characters in the game, and as a faction leader, the people in your faction are your greatest asset. Characters are complicated beings, each having the following statistics which given how they work:

 - Secrecy level
	
 - Action list
	
  
	
	Let's go through these one at a time. 
	Status - Generally something that benefits force actions, status shows wealth and respect. 
	Charisma - Works best with influence actions, and shows the character's ability to persuade those around him. Are particularly good at support gaining actions. 
	Presence - A very important attribute which is used by all ideology types, a high presence shows a big physical presence and leadership skills. 
	Control - Shows character intellect and manipulation skills, and is a factor in support gaining and decreasing actions. 
	Resolve - a very important attribute which shows the character's loyalty to his faction. By keeping your faction members happy and content with a high resolve, their actions are more likely to succeed and they are less likely to be won over by other factions. 
	Character Ideology - Apart from your own, all character ideologies are set at a steady level, and effect the resolve a character in your faction has. 
	Character level - A level from 1-19 which gives your character more and more ability in his... 
	Character class - A "job" area, each of which is generally divided into one of the three ideologies. See a list of these below. 
	Secrecy rating - Each character has a secrecy rating which you will have to obtain in their district in order to find them and interact with them. A list of secrecy ratings appear below.
