Hitman: The Agency Screenplay (Part 4)
by: Anson Fehross | March 7, 2002

Note: If you are new to the screenplay, or would simply like a memory refresher, be sure to check out the archive.

INT. THE HACKING ROOM- NIGHT

SLOW ZOOM out of Nexus' computer as the same numbers scroll. The numbers start to cancel each other out, becoming slower and less rows scroll. Eventually the numbers stop altogether and convert themselves into letters, slowly forming an address.

Finally the screen flashes:

SCREEN

COMPLETE!
5230 W. Gardner Street Washington DC.

The Hitman nods in satisfaction.

EXT. THE ROOFTOPS- NIGHT

Lobo's numbers slow and finally work their way down in an identical way that Nexus' PC did.

Finally, the screen shows:

SCREEN

COMPLETE!
3211 Border Lane Seattle

Lobo clicks his fingers in triumph.

INT. THE AGENCY- NIGHT

The blood stream effect reappears. The Agent sits to the side, his mobile next to him.

The Operator scrolls down the page and sees a small icon at the very bottom of the page. He clicks it. It immediately takes him to 'IP TRACKER.COM'.

OPERATOR

So that's why he did it...

AGENT

What?

He walks over and looks at the monitor.

OPERATOR

He's tracked our IP. Now he's got our street address... He's got our scent.

AGENT

That ambitious son of a bitch...

OPERATOR

Should we expect him?

AGENT

Premature. I got word to Lobo. He would've tracked them by now. 47 will be dead in a matter of moments.

OPERATOR

...moments?

AGENT

So he says, yeah.

OPERATOR

What he says and what he does are two very different things.

AGENT

Seems it.

INT. THE HACKING ROOM- NIGHT

Nexus sits back, satisfied with himself.

NEXUS

Voila.

HITMAN

Impressive...

He writes down the address.

NEXUS

Nah, it was pretty lax security. I mean, no firewalls or anything. C'mon, even I have a firewall. What are these guys? Spooks? I bet they're spooks!

The Hitman is silent.

The DOOR BELL rings.

NEXUS

Oh, excuse me.

The Hitman starts packing up his things. Nexus walks out of the room and down the stairs.

INT. NEXUS' HOUSE- NIGHT

He walks up to the door and looks through the peephole. He sees nobody. He shrugs and opens the door.

NEXUS

Hello?

He is sent backwards by a SPAS-12 shotgun blast to the chest. He smashes against the wall behind him.
