INT. THE HACKING ROOM- NIGHT
The Hitman hears the BLAST and immediately sweeps up and away with his duffel bag. He heads toward the window, before stopping... He walks to the foot of the stairs and looks down...
INT. NEXUS' HOUSE- NIGHT
Nexus lays groaning on the floor. Lobo looms over him, the shotgun poised on his head to deliver the killing shot.
Suddenly a desert eagle slug slams into Lobo's chest, making him glance up as he sucks up the force. He sees a glimpse of the fleeing Hitman and walks to the stairs. He makes his way up, leaving Nexus on the floor, miraculously intact.
NEXUS
Woah...
He lifts up his tattered shirt and looks at the slightly charred Kevlar vest he wears.
NEXUS
Best hundred bucks I've ever spent.
INT. THE HACKING ROOM- NIGHT
Lobo, at the top of the stairs sees the spent desert eagle clip and smiles.
Lobo walks in, SPAS-12 poised. The Hitman is nowhere to be seen, but a window is open, the curtain billowing slowly in the wind.
Lobo walks over to the window and looks out, searching for the Hitman. The streets are empty, and the Hitman's Turbo can be seen across the street.
Suddenly, a pair of intertwined white electrical cords are wrapped around Lobo's neck. He rears up, grasping at the cords, attempting to dislodge the Hitman's grasp. The Hitman, standing behind Lobo, tightens his grip, while Lobo thrashes, dropping the SPAS-12.
Lobo sends a swift elbow into the Hitman's stomach, causing him to emit a growl, but his grip does not falter. Lobo begins to slow... his oxygen cut off... He starts to sink to the floor...
Suddenly, Lobo ROARS and swings around with such force that the Hitman lifts of the ground and slams into the wall, without letting go of the cords. Lobo finally grabs the Hitman's head and violently smashes it into a wall.
The Hitman lets go...
Lobo whirls and pulls the Hitman close. Instantly, the Hitman plunges his hand into Lobo's coat, extracting the Glock. He raises it to Lobo's face and pulls the trigger. Lobo dodges the bullet, but lets the Hitman go. He dives back, groping for his SPAS-12.
The Hitman discharges again, Lobo yet again expertly avoiding the bullet, before whirling and letting loose with his SPAS-12.
The Hitman manages to avoid the gunfire, fleeing down the stairs. Lobo reaches the top of the stairs and fires down, only just missing as the Hitman sprints.
INT. NEXUS' HOUSE- NIGHT
The Hitman runs out the front door, closely followed by Lobo.
EXT. OUTSIDE NEXUS' HOUSE- NIGHT
Lobo runs out and heads straight for the Hitman's Turbo. Without looking, Lobo pumps in two rounds. He looks in to view the expected carnage.
The car is empty.
Lobo is momentarily confused. An ELECTRONIC BEEP is heard. Lobo flings himself away.
The Turbo bursts into flames, engulfing Lobo in flame. His features are obscured by the wall of fire.
The Hitman walks away from the scene, dropping the remote detonator. He moves up to a nearby car and plunges his fist through the window. He gets in, expertly hotwires it and drives away into the night.
INT. THE AGENCY- NIGHT
The blood stream effect returns.
AGENT
Lobo's lost him again. He's been severely burnt by 47. I'm starting to wonder about his abilities. This is the third time he's missed 47.
CONTROLLER
Where's 47 now?
AGENT
Lobo suspects he's coming for us...
CONTROLLER
What? Us?
