You begin on the sidewalk, a block from the restaurant. Being walking to your left, and soon the limo containing the target will pass. Now cross the street and enter the alley. Find the open drain, and wait by it until the limo driver appears to urinate. At the same time a pedestrian will be walking toward you from the left. Before strangling limo driver, it is important to wait until the pedestrian has rounded the building and is out of sight. Now, enter sneak mode, pull the fibre wire, and strangle the limo driver. Immediately holster the wire, and drag the body into the open sewer drain. Once you are both in the drain, take his clothes and exit up the ladder. Dressed as the limo driver, continue through the alley to the font of the restaurant. Their will be one guard patroling the limo. Go the the driver side door, (its best to make sure the guard is turned away), and place the car bomb. Now walk back into the alley. Enter the alley with a red brick building on your left. A message should arrive saying "target is leaving restaurant". When you approach the end of the alley, lean out so you have a good view of the four Blue Lotus Members at the corner. Have the car bomb detonator selected in your inventory, but not drawn yet. Wait in this position until the limo comes in to view. Pull the detonator, and when the limo is directly between the four Blue Lotus Members, detonate the bomb. This will kill everyone in the limo and the four nearby Blue Lotus Members. Mission accomplished. Simply walk across the street to your car.
