If you take out the Baretta and shoot the driver in the head as he is taking
a leak (From behind the left hand side garbage dumpsters). He falls dead into
the drain ditch... No messing with having to drag him.
Just jump into drainage ditch and get his clothes. Much easier and less
exposure.

To make it more interesting, I would prefer to shoot him in the ass then as
he turn around blast away at his piss stricken face. He should fall down in
the sewer drain, I love shooting him in the ass first because it brings more
excitement to the gameplay. The driver would usually not call for help in
time if you time it right, but if he does, immediatly blast away and hide in
the sewers until the area is safe. You should still be able to complete the
mission.

driver is pissing off at the back of the building which is facing the
resturant. use your wire but be carefull with the civillian wait till he
turns his back. take the clothes of the driver. Run through the left side of
the map you have to find a sniper rifle with 7 rounds.use it to kill the 4
blue lotus guys at the end of the way which is at the right
side of the starting point. drop the sniper rifle. go to car place the bomb.
if you don't want to miss the party go and take your own clothes.
while the limo is leaving simply choose the remote control ang give end to
the lifes.

Agree with all above jackals. But why don't just wait the boss' car turn to
the corner of the 4 blue dragon guys standing there, then press the remote?
I also call up my girl friend to see this, it's funny. no need to waste 1
bullet

If you don't wan't to spend any
money in this level simply don't buy the bomb and show your skills.
kill the driver. take clothes. with rifle kill the same four lotus guys.
wait for the main target to come out shoot the main target from the place
where four lotus guys were standing.if you kill the main target at right
time you may be able to take out another lotus guy with the same bullet .2
bullets of sniper rifle left. Kill the other two lotus guys with these two
bullets thats all.you saved your thousands without buying the bomb.if your
rounds at rifle finished and there are still some blue
guys left you can go in to some action with the help of the uzi's
that 4 lotus guys had.

You can still buy only carbomb and knife to save money,
use knife to kill the driver after (cut throat) the civilian pass you.
(so he can't see you), Then hide the body of the driver and put your bomb...

Buy nothing. Get the sniper rifle. Stand buy the bin
(with the sniper rifle on the floor) and wait for the
driver. Pick up rifle and shoot the white-gloved
assmonkey - he'll fall in the drain. Run round and
shoot the four Blue Lotus badboys on the corner -
watch out for civilians. Go and hide their bodies
around the corner and take their Uzis and ones
clothes. Wait outside the restaurant (you'll have to
wait for ages). When the bloke comes out they'll be
three Blue Lotus boys to kill. End their lives and do
a runner back to your car. No money spent.
