FADE IN:
INT. A TAXI- DAY
As we focus on the face of the driver we hear the DOOR OPEN and someone get in. The driver glances at the mirror. We hear the DOOR CLOSE. The driver turns on the ignition and moves into traffic.
DRIVER
Where are we going today?
Lobo sits in the back seat, his face scarred, his hands blistered with burns. Next to him is a duffel bag.
LOBO
Drive.
DRIVER
Okay. Anywhere in particular?
LOBO
Regent hotel.
Lobo glances at his hand, before he takes out his phone. His blisters split in several places, trailing an odd looking blood, which appears to be a red reflection over a clear gel.
DRIVER
Hey! You wanna watch yourself?
Lobo raises his eyebrows and opens his coat to reveal the Hitman's desert eagle recovered from Nexus's house.
DRIVER
Sorry I spoke.
Lobo dials and waits.
LOBO
This is Lobo. I need cash and the laptop.
He listens.
LOBO
Out.
He hangs up. The Driver stops the taxi outside of a hotel.
DRIVER
This is a bit expensive man... I've seen better for less.
LOBO
Wait here.
DRIVER
You leave this cab, you pay. You want me to wait, you pay double. And don't think you'll intimidate me with your piece. I grew up in the Bronx. Southside.
Lobo hands over some blood stained cash.
DRIVER
Ahh, Jeez...
Lobo exits the taxi. He walks into the hotel, disappearing from view.
CUT TO:
INT. INSIDE THE HOTEL- DAY
Lobo walks up to the desk and addresses the concierge.
LOBO
I'm expecting a package.
CONCIERGE
Your name is...
LOBO
Lobo.
CONCIERGE
Oh yes sir, right away.
He moves out of view and returns with a large package and hands it to Lobo.
LOBO
Thank you.
He moves off.
CONCIERGE
Uh, sir! If you'll just sign for the package...
Lobo is gone.
CONCIERGE
Sir?
INT. THE TAXI- DAY
Lobo opens the taxi door and gets in.
