  US/PAL/JPN Differences
· Bullet/Banzai Bill
· Motion-Sensor Bomb/Proximity Mine

Bullet/Banzai Bill
In the US version, the trophy is called Bullet Bill with the following description:
Bullet Bills are shot out of cannons and fly on straight paths. In great numbers they're a nightmare; while Mario can stop most with a single jump, the rare giant one is much tougher to avoid. In Super Smash Bros. Melee, all Bullet Bills are extra large. They burrow into Princess Peach's castle and then detonate with immense power.

Super Mario Bros.
10/85
In the PAL version, the trophy is called Banzai Bill with the following description:
Bullet Bills are shot out of cannons and fly on straight paths. In great numbers, they're a nightmare; while Mario can stop most with a single jump, the giant one, Banzai Bill, is much tougher to avoid. In Super Smash Bros. Melee, only Banzai Bills can be seen. They burrow into Princess Peach's castle and then detonate with immense power.

Super Mario Bros.
10/85
The PAL version incorrectly references the origin of Banzai Bill as Super Mario Bros. (NES), where in fact its first appearance was in Super Mario World (SNES).

Motion-Sensor Bomb/Proximity Mine
In the US version, the trophy is called Motion-Sensor Bomb and the image (see reference 2 below) resembles the Proximity Mines in Goldeneye 007 (N64) - this mine also appeared in the original Super Smash Bros (N64). Here is the description:
The perfect accessory for ambushes, the Motion-Sensor Bomb has been a favorite covert weapon of spies and other stealthy operatives. It adheres to any surface, and once armed, detonates with incredible force when it detects motion in its range. In the frantic world of Super Smash Bros., it doesn't take long for it to go.

TOP SECRET
In the Japanese version, the trophy is called Proximity Mine and the image (see reference 1 below) resembles the Proximity Mine from Perfect Dark (N64).
The perfect accessory for ambushes, the proximity mine has long been a favorite covert weapon of the Carrington Institute any surface and once armed, detonates with incredible force when it detects motion within its range. In the frantic world of Super Smash Bros., it doesn't take long for it to go.

Perfect Dark
5/00
In the PAL version, the trophy is called Proximity Mine and the image resembles the Proximity Mine from Goldeneye 007 (N64). However, the description makes a reference to Carrington Institute of Perfect Dark (N64). In other words, the Goldeneye 007 Proximity Mine with the Perfect Dark description. Here is the description (the TOP SECRET is the only difference from the Japanese version):
The perfect accessory for ambushes, the proximity mine has long been a favorite covert weapon of the Carrington Institute any surface and once armed, detonates with incredible force when it detects motion within its range. In the frantic world of Super Smash Bros., it doesn't take long for it to go.
