The Yoshi Team is probably the easiest stage in the 1P Mode.
Basically, Yoshi's in groups of three (a total of 18 of them) are present in the arena and just jump around for no reason.
Every once in a while they go after an item, but other than that, you are pretty safe.

Your goal here, like VS Link, is to get more points.
One of my favorite things to do is to send all of the Yoshi's up into the background.
This way, I can get lots of points such as Trickster and Throw Down.
You will not have any problems with this stage.
