General Michiel - The former Russian General whom Meio uses to take control
of Kazafu. Michiel is tricked into thinking Meio is going to restore the
Soviet Union to it's former glory. Upon finding out Meio has no such plans
it is to late for the General to do anything for earth so he continues
to help Meio. Meio put him in charge of all ground troops. |
