During a recent interview, John Woo has proposed an idea to place Metroid on the big screen. According to Woo, the movie will show the origins of Samus Aran, the famous heroine of the Metroid series, fighting the notorious, vitality-draining Metroids. The movie will be created for mainstream viewers, but hopefully Woo will be able to add sequences for the hardcore Metroid fanatics. No information available yet for the release of the movie. Hopefully more facts will be spread at the Entertainment Electronic Exposition (E3), which will be held May 12-14 at Los Angeles, CA. | ||||||
