During your time playing Animal Crossing you'll run across several NES games. These are not merely decorations for your house, but you can actually play them! And if you have a GBA, you can transphere the games and take them on the go.
While all NES games are difficult to come by, some are easier then others... and some are near impossible.
(Balloon Fight, Clu Clu Land, DK Jr. Math, Donkey Kong, Excitebike, Golf, Pinball, Tennis)
All common NES games can be acquired by starting a game an a packaged in memory card, finding them in a treasure hunt, in the lottery, helping neighbors, and by mailing neighbors. Some can be gotten other ways :
Birthday Present - Balloon Fight, Donkey Kong
Christmas Present - Balloon Fight
Crazy Redd - Balloon Fight, Donkey Kong, Clu Clu Land, Pinball, Golf
Fishing Tournament - DK Jr. Math
(Baseball, Clu Clu Land D, DK Jr., Donkey Kong 3, Ice Climbers, Mario Bros., Punch-Out, Soccer, Wario's Woods)
Uncommon games are much harder to come by, and none of which can be acquired by playing Animal Crossing alone.
Animal Crossing Website - Clu Clu Land D, DK Jr., Donkey Kong 3, Soccer
Animal Island - Baseball, Wario's Woods
e-Card - Donkey Kong 3, Ice Climbers, Mario Bros., Punch-Out (Clu Clu Land and DK Jr. Math can also be acquired through e-Cards)
(Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros.)
There are also 2 games that are so rare that there's no known way to get them... at all, out side of cheating at least.
