Story

Oi there, TY! It's good to see your furry face again. And just in time, too, I might add. Seems that Boss Cass's henchmen are up to some mischief. Word is they're planning on breaking that nasty cassowary out of prison. If they do, I'd watch out if I were you--I'm sure he'll be fixing to get revenge on the lad that put him there in the first place!

What's worse, the bad guys are very well armed and organized. Fortunately, you've got your good friends helping you out, including the members of the newly-formed Bush Rescue. Plus, you've got some beaut toys of your own so you can fight fire with fire--literally! With your new boomerangs, some suped-up air and land vehicles, and a few bonza mechanical Bunyips at your disposal, you're well equipped to send those baddies to the great Outback in the sky. Have at 'em, TY!

Sly

Foes

Boss Cass

Boss Cass:
Boss Cass is a ruthless collector of all things shiny. He's infamous as the first non-magpie to be elected Boss of the International League of Kleptomaniacs (Down Under Chapter). His greed knows no limits and his latest coup has been the stealing of the sacred Talismans that control the portal to Dreamtime.

Fluffy:

Fluffy

Patchy

Patchy:
Patchy is a cybernetically enhanced dinosaur under Fluffy’s control. Equipped with steel plated armor, titanium spikes, and back mounted heat-seeking missiles, this is one formidable foe.

Buster

Uber Reptiles

Uber Reptiles:
The Uber Reptiles are the lynchpin of Boss Cass’ latest plan - to create an army of unstoppable lizards to take over the world. Frills, are Cass’ green skinned scaly henchmen. They are always willing to do whatever Cass commands, no matter how ridiculous, or dangerous.

Boomerangs

The Boomerang
Boomerang:
They might not be the fanciest 'rangs in your arsenal, but these beauts have gotten you out of more than one fix. You always have a pair of them at hand to sling at baddies or use as makeshift wings.

The Multirang
Multirang: (Boomerang upgrade)
The Multirang looks and flies like a normal boomerang, but you can throw a lot of them at one time with each hand. With that kind of rapid-fire action you can take out a whole army of frills in no time!

Aquarang:
This is the only 'rang that you can use underwater. Its hydrodynamic design lets it slice through the water like a normal boomerang flies through the air. Use a pair of these as fins and you yourself can zip through the deep blue like a greased-up platypus.
  The Aquarang

The Infrarang

Infrarang:
This ingenious 'rang lets you see things you wouldn't normally be able to see. Switch to it to reveal hidden objects, spies, even fake ghosts! It also flies a lot farther than your average boomerang.

The XRang

XRang: (Infrarang upgrade)
Like the Infrarang, the X-Rang reveals hidden objects. Unlike the Infrarang, however, you don't have to switch to TY's View to see those objects. It also reveals Madame Mopoke's secrets in the Mini-Map (if you've bought maps from her).

Megarang:
Throw the Megarang at a baddie and watch him fall—but this persistent little 'rang isn't done yet! It ricochets off and looks for another enemy to conk. It even targets crates. Now that's dedication for you, dead cert!

The Megarang

Omegarang: (Megarang upgrade)
If you thought the Megarang was powerful, get a load of this beast. Fire Omegarangs off at enemies and crates as fast as your paws can fly then let the special ricocheting action do the rest.

The Omegarang

The Lasharang

Lasharang:
Get to those hard-to-reach places by latching on to special hooks and swing your way across chasms and gaps. You can also spin enemies into the ground. The more you spin them, the more opals you get.

The Warporang

Warporang: (Lasharang upgrade)
The Warperang upgrades the Lasharang's low-tech rope with a purple energy beam. In addition to swinging from rings, you can also target special crystals to teleport through fences, onto high-up platforms, and to other hard-to-reach places.

Smasharang:
If your normal boomerang isn't getting the job done, switch to the Smasharang for some extra muscle. This tough customer can bust through doors, walls, even metal crates. And of course, it does a nice little number on baddies, too.

The Smasharang

Kaboomarang: (Smasharang upgrade)
Fire off two of these boomerangs and watch as they cross paths and trace out a graceful figure-eight pattern. When they finally collide, not much will survive the resulting explosion. Good for busting open metal crates, too!

The Kaboomarang

The Flamerang

Flamerang:
Watch your enemies go up in a puff of smoke. Not only does this little firebrand take out bad guys, it can also set things ablaze and melt ice. Throw it at a target and watch it create a fireball on impact.

The Lavarang

Lavarang: (Flamerang upgrade)
When mere fire is not enough, unleash the volcanic power of the Lavarang. Like the Flamerang it can burn objects and obstacles, but it also creates a large splurt of lava on impact and burns up any enemy in the splash radius.

Frostyrang:
If your normal boomerang isn't getting the job done, switch to the Smasharang for some extra muscle. This tough customer can bust through doors, walls, even metal crates. And of course, it does a nice little number on baddies, too.

The Frostyrang

Freezerang: (Frostyrang upgrade)
Fire off two of these boomerangs and watch as they cross paths and trace out a graceful figure-eight pattern. When they finally collide, not much will survive the resulting explosion. Good for busting open metal crates, too!

The Freezerang

The Zappyrang

Zappyrang:
Shock the bad guys into submission with the Zappyrang. However, that's not the only thing the electrifying power of this 'rang is good for. You can also use it to jump-start old equipment such as broken-down generators.

The Thunderang

Thunderang: (Zappyrang upgrade)
Stun Boss Cass's henchmen with a burst of thunder. A blast from this 'rang sends out a concussion wave that knocks bad guys to the ground. The bigger the enemy, the quicker they recover from the shock.

Deadlyrang:
This long-range 'rang lives up to its lethal name. On impact it sends up a big mushroom cloud that sends any creature caught up in it to the great beyond. You cannot purchase this 'rang until you have purchased all the standard 'rangs.

The Deadlyrang

The Doomerang

Doomerang:
Like the Deadlyrang, you can only purchase this 'rang once you have purchased all the standard 'rangs. Simply put, this is the most powerful boomerang ever created. With this 'rang in your paws, Boss Cass and his minions don't stand a chance!

Vehicles

Fourbie
Fourbie:
The Fourbie is Shazza’s pride and joy. She’s spent a lot of time souping up her four-wheel drive truck to be a top of the line Burramudgee Bush Rescue vehicle. Equipped with bull bars and top of the line shock absorbers, the Fourbie also has a sat nav system so you never get lost.

Helicopter:
Piloted by Burramudgee Bush Rescue’s top pilot, Duke, the Helicopter is the perfect rescue vehicle for getting to those hard to reach places. Snap on a grappling hook or a water scoop and you’re set for some rescuing.
  The Helicopter

Go Cart
Go Cart:
Small, fast and extremely manoeuvrable, the Go Cart is a beaut little vehicle to scoot around the place. Throw in some Ice Bombs, Blastorangs and Turbo Speed-ups and you’re guaranteed a fun time!

Bunyips

Battle Bunyip

Battle Bunyip:
The Battle Bunyip has been specially designed as a combat mech. Sporting high impact armor and high energy pistons, this Bunyip packs a mean punch.

Thermo Extreme Bunyip:
The Thermo Extreme Bunyip was built with extreme temperatures in mind. This mech has the ability to swim under molten hot lava, and is equipped with a high-powered super coolant cannon.

Thermo Extreme Bunyip

Lifter Bunyip

Lifter Bunyip:
The Lifter Bunyip may be slow and cumbersome, but it has the strength to lift objects many times larger than itself.

Sub Bunyip:
The Sub Bunyip can withstand the pressures of the deep. Equipped with oxygen canisters, this mech can explore quite a bit of the deep and dark ocean floor before running out of air.

Sub Bunyip

Shadow Bunyip

Shadow Bunyip:
The Shadow Bunyip is the ultimate combat mech. Equipped with jet boosters it can jump much higher than the other Bunyips. It’s also armed with a pulse laser cannon that can be charged up to deliver a devastating laser blast.
