Media Players Guide
Shadow of a Hedgehog features different kinds of movies in different formats. Since not everything can be played by one media player, this page is here to guide everyone to the various movie players out there. Everything here is free of course. It may not seem like that, but if you look around you can find the free version of some players. We hope this page helps. Please do not contact us for support on how to work these programs.

Quick Time
QuickTime is a free media player will play .MOV files for both Mac and Windows computers.
Windows Media Player 9
Windows Media Player is one of the more popular media players. It will play those .WMV, .MPEG, .MPG, .AVI., MP3, and more file types for both Mac and Windows computers.
Real Player / RealOne
Real Player will play those .RA, .RM, RAM, .MP3, and more file types. Just look around for the free version of Real Player. A lot of Sonic cartoons are in a real player format.
DivX
DivX comes as a program or a codec plug-in for various media players. It will allow you to play media files that are use DivX Codec compresser, which all of the subbed episodes of Sonic X use.
MPlayer OS X
Mac OS X users, this program is for you. It will player pretty much every type of media file, including DivX files.
VLC
VLC - the cross-platform media player and streaming server. VLC (initially VideoLAN Client) is a highly portable multimedia player for various audio and video formats as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols.
