An amazing thing happened to me today. I walked into the KB Toys I worked in and bought a brand new copy of Excitebike. Not for GCN, not for N64, but for NES. Brand new.
For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, I'm refering to E-cards. A great thing wich allows you to swipe a card or many cards through an E-card reader attached to your GBA. These E-cards (which go for about $3) can do many things, but most importanly, it will let you play NES games on your GBA. But that's not all. If you have a copy of Animal Crossing, you can play these NES games on your GameCube as well. The game it self comes with 2 for free! It's not a perfect return, only a few games are available so far, but it's happened... and it's a good start. I honestly don't know if the WWNBF had anything to do with it, but the 8-bit wonder has returned. We wanted it back, and we got it back. So, today the WWNBF is closing it's doors. It was a great 2 years, but the petition has served it's purpose. I'd just like to thank Kindar Spirit, The Mad Spin, and every one else who helped the WWNBF to make it what it was. We had a great time. I'd also like to thank all of the 2600 peaple who signed the petition. Nintendo would probably never have brought the NES back if there weren't so many peaple who wanted it. Farewell, and may the Force be with you.
