Below are the fully layered templates in both
Paint Shop Pro
and
Adobe PhotoShop
versions. These are revisions of the templates that I did for
Papyrus in NASCAR Racing 2003. These templates are the latest
that I've done, and I'll be updating them as I add, or change
them.
Note, there are Alpha channels and Guides in all of these
templates for use with sectioning off areas, creating masks, and
lining things up.

*Coloring
my Chrome layers. This question comes up a lot. Add
the chrome layer to you psp or psd file. Then
duplicate the layer so there are 2 identical
versions. Make sure the 2 layers are above the car
body layer. Set the bottom chrome layer blend mode
to overlay. Set the top chrome layer blend mode to
multiply, and adjust the opacity layer to suit. You
can then change the car body color to any color you
wish, and adjust the opacity on the multiply chrome
layer till you get what you want.
