The inside front cover shows the story and includes some pictures not used in the game. I assume they were originally intended to use the cinematic engine that was written for the game (but only used a little for the ending, and not to its potential). On page one, the table of contents and system requirements. BTW, those little white boxes you see throughout the manual are mini-flipbooks that show monks exploding.
