We started out simply by asking some players
to submit to a Player Interview to be published weekly on VPHQ and
due to the success of this item, it is now open to everyone who is
interested in being interviewed for VPHQ. Its a way to share a part
of yourself with the pool playing community.
Please note that while these are accepted at anytime, we only
publish ONE interview a week so it might take a few weeks for your
interview to appear on VPHQ. The information that you give here is
considered public information and by submitting this interview
questionnaire, you give VPHQ full authority to publish said
information. Please note that to be on the safe side and to protect
everyone's interest, a legitimate email must be used to forward this
questionnaire in order to prevent players from pretending to be
someone else. Therefore no hotmail.com or yahoo.com addresses are
allowed. If you use your regular "real" email, it will NOT
be published with the interview. It is for verification purposes
only.
In order to complete this interview, please copy and paste it into
an email and complete the questions in the email. Once complete,
please forward to:Ladyhwk
