1. I was an RA in college at USC, and ran season long tournaments on the game for three years in a row. The tradition was even continued by other RA's after I left. At our pinnacle, we had 21 teams taken by people, and engraved trophies for the victors (You are currently corresponding with the 1996 AFC Champion New England Patriots). We gave out "Rookie of the Year" , "Defensive Player of the Year", and "Tecmo HEART" awards. It kicked ass, even if some of the sorority girls thought we were freaks. 2. I was the Vikings once and got my ass kicked by the the patriots by like 20. They went 14-2 that year, but my neighbor was being an asshole and decided to reset the season right before the playoffs started so i never go to find out if the Pats would ever win the super bowl on their own. I've played about 100 seasons since i bought the game when it first came out. I've seen the Patriots make the playoffs before but not win the super bowl or even win a playoff game. [Submitted by Matt]
