Slow...not Dead
Greetings, fine SNK supporters! It has been just over two months since the last update to Sector: NGP, but we're certainly not down for good. A lot of things have come in the way of updating recently, though to be honest, the convoluted, plodding pace at which SNK news now appears hasn't made any urgent postings needed. For nearly the past year, each turn of events has had a huge negative for every positive. Somehow SNK still hangs on, and here are some of the cooler bits to come out of the scene lately.
TGS
The Spring installment of the Tokyo Game Show came and went with little fanfare, drama, or even much Metal Gear Solid 2 coverage. Yet somehow SNK managed to throw everybody a titanic curve by announcing SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters' Clash 2. No screens, info, PR spin or anything else to be found, but there is hope (for the naive). In another move 180º-from-the-expected, Garou: Mark of the Wolves will be headed home for the Dreamcast, supposedly this summer. The below photo of SNK's TGS setup was sent to us by kick-arse showgoer Justin Hall. Have a look at all those Pachinko titles!
