Many factors can affect speed test results.
Internet traffic, server load, your ISP and the site your trying to load all play a part in your overall speed.

The Internet changes from moment to moment in ways that are impossible to predict.
So you can't expect to see the same speed every time you measure it.

Furthermore, There are always delays somewhere on the net.
As a rule, if you can measure at least 85% of your rated bandwidth, your connection is performing at par.

Speed tests are only estimates and should be preformed a few times, then a average taken to get more accurate results.
