Thanks, DSL_Tile 4/22/02 UPDATES ADDED Well I will start off by mentioning we seem to still have some server bandwidth outages, please bear with us as Scloink will get it straightened out. Now the goodies on what posted, there was 8 cars and 5 tracks sent in. The cars are from color0, with a mixture of various types. Bootes sent his latest track creation "Venice". I would like to welcome a new author "Choupinou" to the Revolt scene, hope to see more stuff from you. Also QT has sent us a version 2 of his track called Dark Valley 2 Plateaus. On a last note i must say its a sad day to hear that Skitch2 is not making tracks for a while but i can understand why by his post at RPforum, he will be missed greatly and i will miss all the fun racing we did from Mirc #revolt-chat. Thanks, DSL_Tile 4/13/02 UPDATES ADDED Sorry for the delay in updating, i have been working hard and not getting in till late for the past couple of weeks. Have 8 cars & 1 track to add and Mircstats updated too. Some new authors posting, Onur & Tai Lolo, be sure to check thier cars out and hope to see more from you guys. Went racing at the Zone last night for the 1st time in a while and ran into a couple of great racers there, we raced all the stock tracks then went on to customs. Thanks, DSL_Tile 3/17/02 UPDATES ADDED Just a quick update to let you know the MircStats are updated and i am working on the selection for RVAC. Also posting a track by SRMalloy, Synthesis made totally from Trackmk tool, it gives you an idea of what can be made with this tool. If you haven't tried this tool just take a look at this track, the possibilities of what you can create is enormous. Thanks, DSL_Tile 3/16/02 UPDATES ADDED Well i need to start off by asking that you not link to our files as it uses our bandwidth. We have noticed that the site jumped in bandwidth usage above the normal because of this and would appreciate you not linking directly to the files, thank you for your cooperation. Ok, now for the goods; this is car time as we have 13 cars added that go from repaints, conversions to original with one made for ease of repainting by SlowJustice. Scloink finally got around to finishing 3 cars he has been working on for some time and The Me & Me of course posting some more conversions, also some dedication repaint packs from Mota 15 & colorO. On the tracks side we have one from Ordmet and three from GameFox & MazerRP, check them out. SRMalloy sent an update to Trackmk that fixed a small bug, be sure to get the file again as we just replaced the original zip. Will be starting the RVAC races again so look for the update Sunday along with MircStats, the race will be next Saturday so you have a week to get the files. The last item, i have fixed the links to the tut\keys html so they should work for you to see them now. Have a good day. We have a new author again, Fabit, who has sent in a track Sue&Joe. Another track from slightly and one from the team of RickyD & Hilaire9. On the cars area, TM&M has sent in four new conversions and teamed up with BurnRubr & CADster on a couple of them. For the track builders, KV has made a GUI program for prmBend that makes it a breeze to bend track pieces, look for it in the files section called prmFrontEnd. The new Mirc stats are up and i will be fixing a index page for ease of browsing the past pages, also the new stats are updated every Sunday evening so look for them then or on Monday. Got to see Scloink in the chat the other day, he had a breather from work and stopped in to let us know all is ok and we will see him when he can get time. Have a great Day! Looks like prmBend will be popular for the lego track builders as it really opens up a way to make some great tracks for those who don't have a 3D program. Well the RVA site has increased traffic since the move from SportPlanet and it seems we under-estimated the bandwidth needed, bare with us till an adjustment is made. The Mirc stats has new page and if you want to see the old page it is index1.html, FYI. Take a look at new forum colors as i think they fit well now, specially if you view them by the link at bottom of page, where it shows in center of main page. Lots of things in the works "I hear", can't wait to see what will post next. I have not had time to finish work on the track pages, plus i will have to go thru and fix all the forum links too. I do think the lego editors will come up with some great tracks with PRMBend, what a great tool for legos. We have added a new page for peeps to see about the chat and what goes on there, find it at Mirc stats, will do a weekly update, be sure to check it out and let me know what you think. Almost have a forum working, still a few glitches i am fixing but it will get done soon, its a little different configuring PHP & MySQL thru a web interface. This is getting into the busy season for my job as well as DSL's so I would start to expect some delays on updating.
