such as the one from the defense stations in sacrifice of angles? By chance with a sound rip to go with it? If not, could someone? I've got some partially finished cardassian mods I'd like to get out but I need a torpedo.

Or you can try this mod. I pulled the actual torpedo sound fx(s) from the "Way of the Warrior" and "Sacrifice of Angels" episodes, I have on DVD. C2X did the torpedo textures and scripting. The weapons are very accurate to the show. And it is all "very canon".
