Hello, I am relitivly new to the Modding for BC. To the point, I downloaded the pack for the Defiants

Using the link provided in This Topic

I just used that, nothing else, anyways, I did the insallation using the defults it wanted, and tried it, I couldnt find it, now I guess the wuestion is, Does this work in Quickbattle? If so, how do I make it work? I also couldn't get the Mirror Soverign to work...

Yes it does work. If youw ant a Defiant, I recommend download the Defiant pack from BCFILES. I never had any problems with it.

I installed the foundation system, and got it to work, the ships appeared, HOWEVER:

When ever I use the USS Defiant (Didn't try other ones, yet) It wouldn't work right, it'd crash when ever I tried to do anything.

I had it launched (The game) Under the "-TestMode", was using a CD, but had to place a no CD crack on it, because it's all screwy. It was in the updated version, any thoughts?

You know, now that I think about it, I had problems with my Defiants when I first installed them. I don't recall what fixed them. The problem was that they would never attack like I ordered. They would fly around more or less in circles and get the crap blown out of them.

I kept adding other mods and in doing so used BCMP to add them to my game. BMCP kept telling me something was wrong with my Defiants and disabled them.

I just kept reinstalling them from the mod (rather than re-enabling them through the file directory) and eventually they worked perfectly. Weird.

Anyone else on here have any thoughts to add?

Well if the defiants won't attack it could mean that the torp script they have isn't working or not there or the HP is screwed in some way.
