LOL no its cool man dont worry about it, a mate of mines an admin of some sort anyways on that site and he was saying the same thing that he was abit over critical, However it did motivate me to make the model that little bit more precise,

WELL

Today I : solved the gravity problem and added landing gears
: Rigged some lighting to try match the shows blue hues in the bay.

So heres my progress lol

The red is abit weird i think its the reflectiveness on the material I have ile fix it when i can actually muster the power to click a mouse when I get some rest.

I do like the blue one more than the red one. It contrasts better with the colour scheme of the Viper iteself. Other than that, can you turn on radiosity for a single render? It'll only require a bit more time to compute but I think that's what the overall picture needs.

Looks like several really sharp lights. A nice lighting set up but you will need the radiosity to make it look good from there. That will get rid of the massive patches of black on the hanger.

One note on radiosity that I keep forgetting, turn the lighting down to around 50-75% of what it was before you switched it on.

You may want to tweak your noise, I see repeating patterns, noise *shouldn't* have that.

I'm not a fan of that much noise. Its distracting from the overall look of the renders.

Plus, I don't think your Vipers are on the ground, it looks like the landing gear is floating a few inches up.

So heres the latest batch, reduced the amount of noise but left a hint of it just to make it feel gritty

Try turning the noise to a bare minimum.

The way I do it is with the lowest intensity possible but with the highest 'noise' value so you get a very subtle pattern rather than an actual grain to it.

Plus, are you doing the grain in post production or is it part of the render?

I think it's because the mini-movie had a grainy effect.
