Looks GREAT, I like the design, What era is this ship from? it almost can match the neghvar in firepower, it is a bit stong, need to cut back on the weapons (just the amount it can spit out, probably need to raise the colling time it takes), shielding is rather strong too ,all in all good design,

it should be nearly on the level of the neghvar if you discout the heavy acnons the negh has under it, and it's lighter and thus a little more manuverable. I could probably drop the shields slightly, I used the C9's hardpoint as a base. Cooldown times will be checked.
Weapons are 6 fwd pulse cannon, 2 heavy cannon, 6 defensive beam weapons and a hvy nose beam and 3 tubes fwd, 1 aft. Not sure I did the loadout in the beta readme.
