Very canon looking. I am liking the detail on it.

yeah i know, it was going to be titan class but the contest calls for a smaller ship this one is the size of the sovy, and the fact that neither me or galen actually live any where near the USA puts us out of the contest all together.

smaller engines
the corridor is right size its ment to be big enough for most species due to the ship being mostly diplomatic, its got good dimensions

That's something that's always bothered me about sci-fi. All races are the same size and can fit through a normal human shaped door... Good bringing it up.

Sweet. Those new impulse engines look much better!
It might just be the lighting, but the saucer's deflector dish colors and the warp nacelle colors look really off to me:
-The thing in the middle of the saucer deflector seems to have a "booger-green" tint to it (sorry, but that's what comes to mind).
-The blue on that deflector, which appears to be the same color as the warp nacelle grills, looks too pastel-colored, in my opinion.
The model itself, on the other hand, is looking great.

update on the underside.
yeah the blue glow off the delfectors was washing over the yellowy dish i had i darkened both dishes to a more browny colour, I actually like the warp grill that colour its the same colour i used for the Gryphon fighter and once i put the grill texture over it I think it should look ok.
oh btw most of the colours wont be the final colours i still have to sort some of them out, like the buzzards will get soem orange in there and looks way cooler lol

RCS thrusters on the saucer, and all of the lifeboats are on now, still no phasers yet.

So, all that's left is the phaser emitters? Great!

nope all the weapons are still to be done, that includes the torpedo launchers too. After that there is still:
more panelling
shield grids
nav lights
a few more RCS thrusters
pendants
name and rego
airlocks
and a few more windows on the engineering hull
