Have a very annoying issue with Bridge Commander that I've had forever and its really getting on my nerves...the game screen constantly flickers. It goes by fast but its enough to be noticeable and hurts the eyes! Can anybody help me fix this problem?

System specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3700+
Nvidia GeForce 7900GT
Creative X-Fi
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2
2 gb Corsair pc3200 DDR Ram
Maxtor 7200 RPM 160 GB HD
Maxtor SATA 500 GB HD (the one Windows is installed on and the one that has BC on it)
Viewsonic 20.1" widescreen LCD monitor

all drivers are latest versions, no beta drivers. Thought it might be something with mods, uninstalled BC and reinstalled and tried on an unpatched stock BC and still hapened. Please somebody help me, this is really annoying and shouldn't be happening.
