To better promote BCU @ BCfiles, anyone with a well established project, meaning, something you are seriously working on or intend to finish, or decent quality models, should submit to news@bcfiles.com a link to the thread and a breif description of what it is. If it's a ship, say what class it is, name, weapons, era, species, ect. This will encourage people to come here, and give us something to post, as our news is..well...we really haven't got much unless someone dies. Ofcourse, if you find obituary news or Startrek Technology come true, you're welcome to submit that as well. You can also send your submissions to Blackrook32 and Nebula via PM here at BCU, both of them need work to do so they don't get booted off BCfiles by the higher-ups lol.

Mod downloads: We will be getting more agressive with patroling mod downloads forum, so if you want your mods posted, let us know, or PM your releases to Nebula and Blackrook and ask them to post it. (Please do not do this if you've already sent it via email)

Good, at least the intention's there! There should be some tutorials in the modding forums on how to make stuff. Ask around there for exactly what you need and I'm sure at least someone will give you a hand.
