hmm.. look who's still alive.
Looks good D, but maybe it would be better you hold the pics to when you have a significant update.
I feel like playing a 7 errors game.

... omg. That's looking damn fine. Sorry, I'm currently not in possession of my model or a copy of any modelling program. Even though the connection here is fast enough for me to upload the damn thing in around 12 seconds (at home it would be around 12 hours).
I'm thinking of investing in a memory stick thingy, which means I can bring it to Uni, upload it here and be done without blowing my home computer up from overuse (again).

1 gig is a quite a bit, but when you consider that you can get a 80gb plus palm drive for $150-200, it does seem to be a better option IMO

ok, i read that you have a problem with things over 2,000 m crashing BC when destroyed? then what happens when someone destroys a starbase that is 60,000 m long?

Well, once I finish it, I'll bung it on CD and send it to york where I can upload on a T1billion (well, it feels like it) connection.
Textures are amazing though, continue with the mesh if you want, the rear of the ship isn't difficult to do and there should be schmatic shots on the concepts page.

Fantastic work.........I think I am going to rework the nose, go with a more original look like the first concept drawing I made......it is too difficult to make a nose that works with the sep ships as I set them, so back to the drawing board so to speak......let me post some ideas later.
Give me a few days.

All that's left for me to do is the nose and the underside so if there's anything you want done there just say.
I'm going to take in Infinity with me on disc to York, then I can upload the enitre thing in minutes rather than 6 hours (yes, my home connection is that bad and I don't have 6 hours to spare).

Yes, what I would like is for you just to build the nose like the original concept. You can also close the door on the Concord, so that will remove that mesh from view. I will rethink the whole sep ship idea, I just wasnt happy with the Furious in there.

Sorry, anyone have a link for a decent FTP program? I'm having trouble tracking down a version of Total Commander.
Either that, or tell me how to stop the annonymous connection stuff (I remember I need to uncheck that for it to work in TC) I get by typing ftp.nightsoft.net into the browser.
