To whoever has 3DS Max that can Import/Export Nif:
Is scaling a model in meters any different than the Milkshape plugin (A$$imsoft Scaler Tool)??

For one the unit system shouldnt matter in 3ds max, and two I like the scale tool in Max also cause it can be used very selectively and precisely.

If youre using Scale Tool in Milkshape you should divide the ships size by 1.6
So if you take for example a Miranda which is 244m long, your model in Milkshape should be 152.5m long.
