I am having another issue with the forums (I've had the issue before but it usually works itself out, as it probably will this time), images and attachments are not appearing when I view a thread, and I know they are there, as I have seen them before or read other's comments on them but cannot see them myself. One example is the All New Excalibur Texture Pack, I read comments about the pic but am unable to view it myself. Also, avatars and signature pics work fine.
Has anything like this been mentioned before?

EDIT: Well, as I expected, it's working again.

I've found what appears to be a problem with the 'Ranks' section at the head of the webpage. Once clicked it links to this messege:-

I noticed some of the emoticons aren't displaying correctly,
ex. appears correctly, :Oops appears as .

the images that arnt displaying are currupt.. they just need replacing... ill see if i can find a working backup of them

error when ever i log in, the next page i go into i'm logged off, this happens no weres else that uses cookies so i don't think thats the problem.

Sorry about the double post, the login problem makes it impossible to edit my last one.

Keeping the login doesnt seem to work for anyone, are the cookie settings in the phpBB Administration section correct? All I can think of ATM.

Yah I fixed the login issue....

Just login and then copy the new link into your bookmarks folder... then it is fixed.

no not true....

when you log in it has a diff =9236492639432 at the end... I think the cookie for BCU just got messed up and login needed to be forced.

Internet isn't really my specialty but what I did worked.

Not really important but when i set my rank (Commander) for forum default im a commodore for the Gorn. I cant find anyone else who uses default and a commander to see if its just me.

Also there is no option to turn on sigs in my profile, MLeo told me to talk to Lynx but he's left, and id like to see all your wonderful signatures...

I was also curious if anyone is going to change the colour of 'Bridge Commander Universe' above that new '...welcome to the new world' slogan. seems a waste to leave it black.

I don't see any topics in the "Hot Topics" box. Also, I think there's a broken link or something at the BCU (what would you call it) start page, the one with the news thing that hasn't been updated since March, because when you click on it nothing happens. The link issue is minor but the Hot Topics are a big deal to me, any help would be appreciated.

the hot topics box was one of the causes for the multiple sessions issues due to an active-X extension. It's been disabled for the time being and I don't know if it will be returning any time soon.
At least not in it's present form.
