ya i met him he was only suppose to be with our group for a few mins but i latched on to him for 15 mins he is a top bloke reminds me of my grandad!!

Ok, an update to the ships that need textures........Make sure to check the first page. There are alot of pics, so it will take a while to load.

I will be ready to form the texture group for BC2 soon........I just have to finish a few other things on my plate first.

i spoke with Exe, and like he's not going to paint his ships, i would like to do them, as we're a team (DY's) and used with each other's work.

Ok, great. I have new pics to post soon, and I should be forming a new team next week.

One question.....Exe joined the BCU mod team......team membership gives you moderation abilities in the modding forums (modding, scripting, mods and downloads), exclusive moderation in the BC2 forum, and access to the Employee forums, as well as priority access to work for BC2. Would you be interested in joining the team as well? We could make a new icon for you if you want to do textures, bridges and models.

You know Raven, my goal now is making cool stuff, like the ones i asked to do in the BC2.
If joining would make things easier, better.
Dys is now a freelance team, to do what we want, no big bad rules anymore.
So, put me in, just not make me in head of anything.. been that usually gives me headache. LOL

No problem.......the BC2 mod team is a non-centralized group with no bosses......just a group to give open access to all modding areas of the site and to coordinate efforts across the board. The pacemaker is payment for work rendered

i have 3dmax 6, but zero modeling experience... but i wish i did, cuz i love the cardassian meshes.

maybe after a few good tutorials ill be some kinda help, but i really need to get started... does anyone have a really basic mesh to learn on? maybe a nova or some other really small mesh? point me where i could find one?

If the meshes can be sent to me I will take a shot I havent done anything for BC as of yet but im well known in the SFC community i also own OutaLance shipyards
heres a sample of my work




this is my current WIP


I can take all the ships and attempt making textures for them I also have a team of texturers who can work with me on getting these ships done very quickly. We use Paintshop Pro 9 and Coral Xara for making the textures and 3d Studio max 5 and Milkshape for mapping.
