I'm just starting on Helbrecht. I've decided to go for the gold armour rather than black to make him stand out a little more. Not sure if a cream coloured cape would work with that though so I may have to go through the awkward process of blending/highlighting black... of all the fudged up things to do.

Gold can be a real bitch to work with, I've found it clogs my brushes up no end. Thankfully I only really use it for trimming on the pads and whatnot

I do have a friend though who did an Inquisitor scale model in gold power armour...poor masochistic sod that he is

My massive project at the moment is re-basing all of my space marines with sand and static grass, which looks far better than the grey bases I had previously.

Wish I had a camera, I'd put up pics. I also wish the space marine sprues came with a better variety of head.
I've decided to rip the helmets off all my completed sgts and give them heads for more character. I find the helmets lack variety, so I need to find an imperial guard player with some spares.

God is fine. The citadel metalics are pretty much the best on the market.
