Redragon's policy is no permission required once credits is given. So I think it's fine to convert the textures without changing them. I'm making a mod and want to make High/Medium/Low textures for every ship.
I can convert the original texture files to tga format, but the model(vorcha.nif) won't use them in the game. The origianl mesh is:

Thank you. But I don't have max:(
I tried open the model with milkshape3d, but the mesh break into parts and twisted.
Could anyone please help do it?
ps. if you have the time, please also make *Med.nif and *Low.nif for low-end PCs.
