from what I can tell, it's still in the BETA stage - and has been left as that ever since

I know Nanogator isn't here anymore [was it AWOL or left for a reason (like p81]? I'd forgotten], so is there a chance of it ever being completed at all now?


also, perhaps someone could refresh me/us on what things were left to do

Yeah, i know several people have left the BC modding world, for bigger and better things, but IMO the 2.0b works pretty well. Admittedly there are a couple of crits with it, like the warp sequence

I never saw anything wrong with the warp sequence in NanoFX2 Beta.

As for Nano's whereabouts, he's got 2 jobs and a fairly young baby to take care of. So i'd say a lot of real life stuff is preventing him from modding anymore for BC or any other game. This includes working on NFXGE.
