Hello all. Thank you all for your kind words and support. I am home, or whats left of it after the hurricane. I am doing fine, but I have to take it easy for a while. I have to limit the amount of work I do until the doctors give me a clean bill of health.
I have to return to bed, so I have to make this short. You all are doing a great job in my absence, well done. I will chat with all of you shortly. |
Welcome back Raven. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say, we're glad to have you back. Hope you are feeling better, and that you have a speedy recovery.

I behaved.... well, I behaved badly, at times. But geez, you know how we Sith Lords can be- what with the slaghtering of the Younglings and destroying worlds with a Super Laser and all. I mean, I get tempted with things, you know?
Anyway, as long as no one finds the bodies, no harm, no foul, right?
I'm glad you're back in the saddle, Raven. You had me worried chief.

Theme from Welcome Back Raven:
Welcome back.
Your stroke was your ticket out.
Welcome back
to that same old place that you laughed about.
Well, the dreams have all changed
since you hung around.
But those dreams have remained
and they've turned around.
Who'd have thought they'd lead ya? (Who'd have thought they'd lead ya?)
Back here, where we need ya? (Back here, where we need ya?)
Well, we tease him a lot
'cause we've got him on the spot.
Welcome back.
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome baaack.
Yay! Raven returns!

Dudes, Welcome Back Kotter. Along wtih other seventies classic programs like Chico and the Man, Sanford and Son, All in the Family, The Jeffersons, The Osmond Show, The Carrol Burnet Show, M.A.S.H, Hee Haw, and a dozen others- Welcome Back Kotter, ( which starred John Travolta ) was one of those warm, shag-carpet covered early childhood memories that I cherish like a warm bowl of Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal on a cold winter day.
Those of us Americans that are old enough to remember these shows would be likely to get real chatty, and a bit nostalgic if we were talking about them over a cuple pitchers of grog. And then we'd start in with Sesame Street, The Electric Company and Big Blue Marble. Makes me want to hug people just thinking about it.
I still sing the theme song to Welcome Back.
Now I need to call my Mom.
