Can someone possibly do a retextature of a Sovi bridge using Promethsus
Lcars... I been trying to get the members (crew) of my Star Trek Chapter (starship) to adopt the design of the Prome-,,, and I can not Mod (I dont have the Programs)
There is sort'a of a Sovie- retextaure on BC Files, but if you'll read close the Lcars were not changed

I had an idea about creating a mod so when the speed of the impulse engines are increased, the exhausts glow much more, just like on Enterprise whenever they left space dock, the manifolds would glow when activated.
this post exists in 3 threads now.. please don't make duplicate posts over multiple threads... -jb76

this just occured to me..
how many ppl use enhanced glows in game? i personally think theyre too stron and only use them when i want to create the illusion of mist in a screenie..
that got me thinking, would it be possible to have a script that activates them when a ship enters a neblua? i think it would really add to the nebula effect

I know that but if look at the ship you see that it has completely different textures than the one seen on the show.

I have an Idea for a mod that I think is worth making.
Anyway, here is the idea, In DS9: Dominion wars, the game, they had a function on the ships where you can equalize your shields, say if your aft shields were on the verge of collapse, you equalize them to prevent failure... of course it would take away from the rest of your shielding to compensate, but I think it would be an awesome addition to those amazing mods people have been putting out lately.
Please let me know what you all think, comments are encouraged!

hey just an idea. there is a borg cube that disconnects into 8 cubes using the MVAM. how about something similar where a borg sphere could eject from a cube if its too damaged. or maybe using the abandon ship script

On Topic: I have a idea, How about a MVAM Script for the NX Pack to switch from Regular to Mirror or a MVAM Script kinda like that upgrade in Armada were the ship splits into two ships of the same type.

Ya know, the core ejection mod is a cool mod, but it really doesn't hold much usefullness. I got an idea to make it usefull. How about having a mod where if your warp core gets damaged to a certain level or is compromised by damage to other critical systems (such as warp engines), a computer voice will come on, advising that the warp core integrity has been compromised and that a warp core breach is iminent within say... 5, 10 minutes, and also a window pops up as well showing a timer to when the warp core will go critical and breach. That way, you can eject the core and possibly still have some time left to move away before it blows up. Or you can time it just right to eject right by an enemy ship, just prior to it blowing up, so that it can severly damage or destroy that ship (albeit your ship will be damaged to as well, if not destroyed in the process).
Oh crap, just got another idea. How about having warp core ejection systems disabled if they're damaged. Then you really have a reason to use the abandon ship mod, or use mvam to escape.
Ah man, it just keeps getting better... How about you have the chance to avoid catastrophy if you manually vent plasma from the warp naccels (if you have enough time - depending on how bad the warp core damage is) allowing to reduce pressure to the warp core and giving more time for it to be repaired (i think there is a mod out there where you can do that, but ATM, it's not very usefull - only good for special FX for screen shots). Would also be cool if you have an counter to show how long it will take for repairs to be complete. That way, you know if you have a chance in saving the warp core or not.
Also another cool idea for the warp core ejection mod. How about a destruct button or overload it by amping up too much power (making the explosion even bigger and more powerfull!). That way you can blow it up all on your own for possible last ditch strategic maneuvers.
Anyways, just something to think about. If it's not possible, that's cool. Just trying to make a current mod very usefull.
