Some years ago I was asked to work on the Galaxy X Bridge. I reached the point where the bridge was textured (if with somewhat poor resolution). I have attached a zip file with the trueSpace scene containing the textured bridge. It may not be up to standard, but I will let you be the judge of that.
Since I recently retrieved the file from my old computer that had been corrupted (i.e. I wasn't able to access any of the stuff for BC), I thought I might as well put it up in case it can be of use to anyone.
I have been away for possibly 3 years so I'm not sure if Rusty is still around. Anyway, I apologise for taking so long, and happy modding to everyone else.
p.s. I also have a Type 6 Shuttle Interior, and a TOS shuttle interior which I found too. Bot are in trueSpace scenes. If anyone can do anything with them I can post them too.

I'm certain they can be converted to max because I remember doing it myself at one point...
Anyway, here is the Galileo Shuttle interior.

I've exported them to 3ds using Deep Exploration which can be imported into Max. The texture's name's where automatically shortened to 8 characters by the program but could be renamed and reapplied. I also rendered an image of each. The quality of the renders is not that good due to DE.

looks great! I'm guessing for the shuttle, 1 viewport woudl be an actual viewscreen and the other ones would jsut be a texture of space?

I downloaded the meshes and imported the Galaxy-X bridge into 3d Studio Max. Great looking bridge to be honest

Thank you for your approval of my humble low poly work!. I'm glad the meshes can be put to good use, rather than being left entombed on a hard drive for eternity. And Hi to LC and everyone! Im glad to see BC is still being modded by such talented people I should probably get out the disk and reinstall the game.

Nice work, dante! Looks great for low poly! I hope all of the bridges here (especially the galaxyx) get finished soon. I've been waiting for this for a while.
great work! Keep it up.

Cheers Brahms. Check out the last page of the 'Type 6' thread for progress pics showing my latest modeling work (I did Gal X etc a few years ago and have improved since then ) I'm working on the Type 6 at the moment but hope to come back and bring these others up to standard as time allows.

This is probably considered off topic, but I did try to install on the machine I have now, but had no luck unfortunately The install gets to Preparing install shield 100% and then fails to progress any further (at least in the time I could be bothered to wait for it). Has anyone else had problems installing BC on newer machines, as it seems a real shame not to be able to check out all the great things people have made in the time I have been away.

No worries it works now. Quite strange actually...
it got up to the point I described, so then I removed the disc and thought oh well. So I carried on working, then about 20 minutes later I got a popup saying 'Please put the disk back in', so I did, and then it worked I can't imagine what it was doing that took 20 minutes... probably reconfiguring my computer to turn it into one from five years ago... I hope not.
