Nice, and I like how you've arranged it in your signature version.
But it does suffer from a lack of surface detail on the larger picture. You'll want to try adding only minute bump and diffuse maps to the grass to give it a more realistic look.

Or you can use a UV to map the ribs onto the grass. Same technique as doing hair.
