I elected to redo the hardpoints of my CG Sovereign Pack ships using P$YCHO's HPs a day ago. All's gone well...except for the fact that the sound bit for the CG Photon won't play when the corresponding torpedo is fired. Anyone else have this issue?

(P.S.: Yeah...this probably should have been filed under Tech Support.)

Actually, this might be better suited for modding...


Anyhow, make sure hte LaunchSound is set properly in the projectile and in the HP, it should be the same as the name in the sound plugin.

I checked the LaunchSound input in the torpedo script; it is correct. I believe that the error lies within the sound plugin...whatever that maybe. You tripped me there. Razz

Problem solved. Use BCMP to create a sound plugin...

Now there's something that deserves a grand round of Duh.
