I'm pretty sure I installed each stage before installing the KM pimped version... but the CG Sovereign still has the messed-up texture. Anyone else having this problem?

can you upload a screenshot? Do you have the Skinning and Damaging Tool option in the mutators enabled (if you have that installed, of its necessary - im not sure)
did you try deleting all the vox files from your install?
and, CG is back to working and finishing CG Sov 2.0, btw...
