Hey people. Incase anyone is wondering, yes, I am new here, I am also very new to modding.
I've done a couple of ships in milkshape, one is from scratch, my first in 9 months (made it last month), and the other is a kitbash, for which I hope to obtain permission for soon.
I've made the ships, but I am unable to texture or hardpoint them so was wondering if anyone would be able to do it for me.
I will give full credit upon release of course.

The Avenger: It needs a bit of patching, I've tried to fix it but can't:

Any help would be aprreciated (Hope I spelt that right)
Like I said, I'll put however helps in the Credits.

Not bad at all! The nacelles seem to me a bit exaggerated but very good nonetheless.
Welcome to BCU.

don't use Bitmaps. mods would always remind u to use JPG/JPEG instead.
The ship looks so-so to me but it's a not so bad design...

Well, depending on weather she's TOS, TMP Lost-Era or TNG design, I could give you my opinion on the design (looks TOS to me).
Now, on the technical side, the mesh is a mess, you have a lot of smoothing errors on it.

I did try smoothing it but then Milkshape crashed. It's designed as post-nemesis but might move it to mid TNG.
Thanks for opinions btw.

No, you didn't understand me.
I'll elaborate: look at the nacelle housings. You see that on that bright lit area you have black. That black is the smoothing error, caused by what looks like polies clipped and so on.
Second, half-sphere buzzrd collectors are a TOS feat, and the rest of the ship looks TOS too, she just has that kind of design features in her.
I suggest you look at TNG ship designs, see their curvature, how their structure is composed.

Lol, I know they aint trying to be rude, my idea was to create a ship for post nemesis, but give it some classic trek style. If I get time, i'll remodel it, but I have 10 days of the trial left and barley have any time now I've hit the final months of school

You need to cut the mesh into many groups such that no group has any sharp edges in it - this is how you avoid smoothing errors in Milkshape.
