Posting of Offensive Materials
Warez, Pornography, and the promotion of hate and/or racism are not tolerated and will be dealt with swiftly and with extreme resolve. This behavior is strictly prohibited in ALL Forums, User Titles, Avatars, Signatures and anything else related to the BCU site. Any member found in violation of this or caught purposely attacking other members in the forums will be immediately suspended. There is zero tolerance for this type of activity on BCU. Any abuse of this rule will result in the immediate ban of the user from the entire Nightsoft network. In addition, any private messages to the staff that are threatening in any manner will be considered a violation of this rule. We know the difference between pride and racism, and so do you. We also recognize constructive criticism. Do not violate this rule.

its sad really, I look around and I dont see any other forums having as many problems with rule breaking as this one. Why is that?

he is referring to comments, images, and actions directed to degrade, humiliate, or offend the individuals of a Race, Religion, or gender. Basically, no racist, or discriminating, actions will be tolerated. And Raven has instructed the staff to be very firm on this issue.

Personally I find descrimination against anyone disgusting. Being Jewish myself I've been very lucky that I haven't come across any anti-semetism, but unfortunately it does exist.

I would say that overall this community is doing well, and has done well since I took over here. Sometimes they slip up, and we have to knuckle down a bit.

I will admit that we do not suffer the problems we have here in other forums, but in other forums there is far more flaming and theft going on, so I suppose it is a fair trade. This forum is pretty much flameless and respectful to modders wishes, so I can forgive the occasional slip.

Thanks to our responsible patrons, BCU is a nice play to come to visit for BC again.

As far as racist stuff, one of the worst things I have come across in real life was on my paper route. A guy with a house of proably 500,000 USD or more, nice brick..fairly new..ect had his house pained with nazi swasticas and all his flower pots and stuff smashed. I suppose I should be glad that it's the worst I've ever encountered, but it still pisses me off that someone would do that.

That is terrible. I watched this recent television show though where there were these two best of close friends. One of them was a native american and the other of Them was a white teenager. Since The 11th Of September Of 2001 then they are no longer friendly since the white one thinks that his native american friend is an afghan terrorist. He Then Decided To Put Onto The Vehicle Of His Former Friend: "I Am A Supporter Of Osama Bin Laden" and the native american man was nearly killed!

As for Germany, the warcrimes committed in the 1940's marked Germany with sin for a generation. That generation is almost dead. Germany has already expressed its deep remorse for what happened, SEVERAL TIMES OVER. I won't hold it against them today.

Well, there are 2 trials running at the same time, UN against Milosevic and Milosevic against UN.
And he (Milosevic) is obstructing this also, he won't continue if he can't hear a certain witness, which needs to be found first, a lot of his men (goonies if you like) are still somewhere out there.

Well, it is not exactly planned...
He (Milosevic) started to blame the UN for war crimes instead of anwsering the questions asked to him.

And as it seems (please take "seems" with all the salt on the planet) that Milosevic doesn't knows anything about Ethic Purification. And blames everything on the UN and his Generals. Although the court has let him seen a video recording of him speaking the words: "I shall not rest untill our beautifull country has been purified" or something like that.
And he said: "That has been faked!"

And no, there are no Dutch judges pressent, I believe a Frenchmen, Canadian (spelling) and somebody else...
