I agree with this policy. If you dont like somthing you should at least put it tactfully. Using words like "sucks" or "crap" to describe someone's work is down right rude, and can really make people wanna jump out the nearest airlock. If you really don't like something at least have the decency to say it politely like " i dont care for it" or " dont like how you've..." and then explain why you don't like it. A person's work won't get any better if he ( or she) doesnt know what their doing wrong.
