This is my first model using 3ds Max and so far its going uneventful. if this works out i might try lower poly models for BC.
your comments criticisms and suggestions are as always welcome...

I think its just deceptive because A) The doors are wide with no people on it to give it scale B) These aren't the angles we're used to seeing on the TV show. But regardless, good start, I'd suggest double checking against refferences just in case it is out of proportion in places.

Actually, I'm definitely thinking its an optical illusion but I'm not sure whats causing it. Possibly the dark pillars combined with the fact the doors are very deceptive in shape. If you look at the consoles and imagine someone standing there, its about the right width. You really need a human scaled figure in there to show the size properly.
