It is official. The board voted to upgrade the service we use to 1 Meg both ways SDSL. This is a dramatic increase in speed over our current provider. We are also upgrading the server with a much higher speed processor, higher storage, and a better motherboard/higher ram to prepare for the change and expected traffic.

We are also prepared to set up a server for a Bridge Commander multiplayer game that will run 24 hours a day. With the proposed bandwidth there will be more than enough to avoid lag, since the bandwidth is dedicated. This will prepare us for hosting the BC2 online multiplayer game we intend to host.

With the speed upgrade and rebuild of the server you will notice a huge increase in speed and uptime. We should have all of the changes in place by the end of April. We ask that all patrons remain patient during the transition period, as the server will be subject to sporatic down time until the change is complete.

Maybe you should hire a web site crew, doesn't look good that the site hasn't been updated since December 2003.
