Perhaps having a print button. so then it prints pages "printer friendly" i.e. no ads, etc..

Reinstall the thing that lets you know when people are online or offline. It used to be under your location, joined date, etc.

Am I allowed to post my ideas in here?

is it at all possible to have pictures (ANY size) as thumbnails until you click on them, which enlarges 'em to full size in a new window?

This will be IDEAL for 56k-ers, and it will help all round:

- you can have lots of large pics, and there won't be a slow down (especially for 56k-ers)

- no more stretching windows from large pic sizes

- it won't take up hardly ANY room as thumbnails!!

Is there any way that the "Country Flag Mod" could be installed here? All it does is add a small flag under the Online/Offline indicator. This is selectable under the users profile and can be left blank if no flag is desired.

Just a friendly word of advice, unless you enjoy getting warnings I don't think that I would post anything like that again. Its not up to us to judge the powers that be, especially in public. If there is a problem it should be handled using the PM system or MSN.

Maybe because the person who started the thread hasn't been a member for over a year? Last we were told, they were waiting for the newest phpBB version, but its taken longer then expected. All site admins have been waiting for the new version, myself included.

All versions up to now have been security fixes. When I said next version, I meant phpBB 2.1, which integrates a lot of mods such as attachments and other things. Of course, what do I care, Star Trek is dead and BC2 is a pipe dream that the gullible people of this forum actually believe is going to be released, I'm mostly here for the Off Topic discussions
