this would allow ppl to make their own collection sets on DVD without haveing to buy 30 different sets just for one episode out of each
 
 i would do this to get the tribble episodes, those are my two fav

          | Well, if you could download episodes from the internet in the same way you can download music (legally, obviously), then you could write them to DVD and put a menu on it that they provide.

          | One thing I noticed last night while thubbing through a DVD collection, it seems like the Simpsons is the only one to release episodes in theme packs. Such as a 4 episode DVD based around Lisa's politics or the Simpsons going to foreign countries.

 Theres 1 futurama one, and ive found one Star Trek: TNG one
 
 one thing that sounds promising is that paramount have started releasing the box sets in "slimline" packagind. £27.99 (£35 RRP) for 1 season. Only TNG so far.
