Well the majority of mods are hosted by and released on BCfiles, but i think blaxxer was trying to say we develop some of the best mods around, Trust me when i say there are some exciting mods in development in private boards over at BCC

Personally knowing some/most of the people over there, I can say that it's a damn talented team they're putting together over that way. (Not that my views are in any way affected by them recently taking ownership of the distribution rights to my soul )

The one think I would like to see is the shuttle that they use in the next generation from best of both worlds I really liked that design.
