Maybe, for BC2, go back to the TOS-style designs, but modern tech. With the Cylindrical Engineering hull and Round saucer with a neck? I don't know what this should belong in. The Rommies maybe look like the TOS Warbird, Klingons similar to the D-7. Mind you, these would be only in the Light Cruiser category at the most, you know?
